Job Title:  Technical Lead

Graduate/ Postgraduate (BE, B. Tech, M Tech, MCA, any Post graduation)

Key Result Areas:

·       Engaging with users and stakeholders to clearly capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·       Creating low-level specification documents that guide developers through the program development process.

·       Maintaining high standards in design and code quality through regular reviews and adherence to best practices.

·       Coordinating activities with multiple teams and sharing domain knowledge to enhance overall project success.

·       Preparing presentations and reports to help senior management make strategic decisions that align with business needs.

·       Ensuring the development aligns with business requirements and is of high quality, and working closely with the testing team to ensure effective validation.

·       Ensuring continuous development of the team’s skills, improving their performance, and fostering a culture of learning

Key Performance Indicators

Full Stack Development:

·   Proficiency in both front-end and back[1]end development using technologies such as React/Angular, Core Java, Microservices, and Spring Framework.

·       Containerization and Orchestration: Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.

·       Database Management: Knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

·       PI and Web Services: Experience in developing and integrating Web Services and APIs.

·  Security Standards: Implementing security best practices in line with organizational standards. Compliance Knowledge (optional): Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to NBFCs

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

Experience: 7-12 Years of experience.

 Technical Knowledge:

·   Full stack expertise with proficiency in React / Angular, Core Java, Microservices, Docker / Kubernetes, Spring Framework, Web Services & APIs, Workflow & Rule Engines, and SQL databases.

·    Experience in designing scalable software architectures and database models, ensuring optimized performance and scalability.

·     Familiar with implementing security standards and guidelines, ensuring that applications adhere to the highest security protocols.

·       Basic understanding of regulatory compliance and policies relevant to NBFCs (optional but beneficial).

·  Expertise in managing projects, tasks, and team workflows, along with excellent presentation skills to support decision[1]making processes.

·    Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, ensuring that business requirements are well[1]understood and expectations are managed effectively.
