Yes. Many sales, relationship officer, collection and branch roles accept freshers. Check the experience shown on each job card and on the job page.

CTC (cost to company) is the yearly salary package. LPA means lakhs per annum: a salary of 4 LPA is Rs 4,00,000 a year before tax and deductions.

DSA (direct selling agent) channels source loan customers through outside agents, so the role manages and grows agent partners. DST (direct sales team) roles meet customers directly in the field. Many job posts mention the channel, because the daily work and targets differ.

Yes. Jobs come from banks, NBFCs, insurers and their hiring partners. Never pay anyone for an interview, an offer letter or a joining kit: genuine BFSI employers do not ask candidates for money. Report such requests to us at once.
