The role offers an opportunity to lead and drive critical engagements across the firm with significant exposure to senior leadership, accelerating both professional development and client impact.

The role is accountable for engagement quality, commercial outcomes, and the development of project associates, while continuously sharpening the frameworks, tools, and methodologies used across the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full lifecycle of engagements — from scoping and proposal development through diagnosis, solution design, and implementation support
• Structure complex problems into clear workstreams, hypotheses, and analytical plans
• Point of contact for all engagements, managing senior stakeholder expectations and navigating organisational dynamics
• Drive high-quality analysis and synthesis, ensuring recommendations are actionable, evidence-based, and tied to measurable business outcomes
• Manage and mentor a team of associates and analysts, providing coaching, feedback, and on-the-job development
• Partner with key stakeholders on business development — shaping proposals, contributing to thought leadership, and building lasting client relationships
• Uphold engagement economics, timelines, and quality standards; escalate risks early and resolve them decisively
