- To acquire Pre-owned and Used Vehicle customers in the specified region through direct customer acquisition and by shaping organized and unorganized sales channels.
- Experience of in sales of Commercial Vehicle Loans is mandate, preferably Used commercial vehicle loans
- Capacity to collaborate with a large team comprising of State Heads, Zonal heads, Branch Managers, Field Officers, Credit and operations
- Sound customer engagement capabilities leading to customer satisfaction, strengthening of customer ties and effective farming of customer referrals.
- In sync with the Sundaram culture that is high on value compliance and high on performance.
Job Description (Responsibilities):
- Acquire direct customers of pre-owned and used commercial vehicles
- Pinpoint and source new channel partners from organized and unorganized segment of the market
- Create and build relationship with used CV dealers, brokers, referral partners in the assigned territory.
- Secure RC and Insurance transfers through empaneled RTO Agencies
- Ensure the assets are duly insured and contingencies covered.
- Attain budgets in terms of total disbursal Volumes, budgeted IRR and Cross Sell.
- Securing portfolio quality and be tasked with early delinquency & collections
- Guarantee all documents, KYC, asset papers are in good order
