Job Summary:

To acquire Pre-owned and Used Vehicle customers in the specified region through direct customer acquisition and by developing organized and unorganized sales channels.
Experience of in sales of Commercial Vehicle Loans is mandate, preferably Used commercial vehicle loans
Ability to work with a large team comprising of State Heads, Zonal heads, Branch Managers, Field Officers, Credit and operations
Strong customer engagement skills leading to customer satisfaction, strengthening of customer ties and effective farming of customer referrals.
In sync with the Sundaram culture that is high on value compliance and high on performance.

Job Description (Responsibilities):

•Acquire direct customers of pre-owned and used commercial vehicles

•Identify and source new channel partners from organized and unorganized segment of the market

•Build and develop relationship with used CV dealers, brokers, referral partners in the assigned territory.

•Ensure RC and Insurance transfers through empaneled RTO Agencies

•Ensure the assets are duly insured and contingencies covered.

•Achieve budgets in terms of total disbursal Volumes, budgeted IRR and Cross Sell.

•Ensuring portfolio quality and be responsible for early delinquency & collections

•Ensure all documents, KYC, asset papers are in good order
