The Territory Manager - SME position sits in the Sundaram Finance office in Coimbatore.
Job Title : Territory Manager - SME
Experience: 15 to 20yrs
Responsibilities:
· Preparing a “ Qualified CRM “ for different industry segments
· Good “Networking / Acquaintance / Name Recall” with SME Industry Associations and client organisations
· Good networking capabilities with Machinery Manufacturers & Dealers
· Organising SME events by liaison with “ Industry Bodies”
· Centre on lead generation of SME business in the important Grasp Segments where SFL had developed an expertise.
· Capacity to Liaise / motivate the SFL Branch Channel for Lead Generation
· Secure Activation of BDMS every month, with “ Daily Active Leadership”
· Ensure 100% collection performance by “ Robust Collection Monitoring”
· Build good interpersonal competencies with “ Cross Functional Teams ”
· Good understanding of Balance Sheet /P&L. Capability to understand financial ratios and revert to Risk Team to effective improves TAT.
· Guarantee exceptions are managed and perfected well on time and ensure that Post Disbursal Documents are collected and complied well on time.
Competencies Required:
· Leadership Bandwidth to handle a large team of 5-10 members
· Domain Grasp - Sound understanding on SME products
· Know-how of balance sheet analysis
· Grasp of different industry segments and understanding their working capital cycle
· A Go Getter attitude with good Cross Functional capabilities.
