Job Title: Senior Executive - Customer Relations
Experience : 2 to 5yrs
Responsibilities:
· Acquire direct customers of Pre-owned and Used commercial vehicles.
· Spot and source new channel partners from organized and unorganized segments of the market.
· Establish and shape relationships with used CV dealers, brokers, referral partners in the assigned territory.
· Guarantee RC and Insurance transfers through empaneled RTO Agencies.
· Secure the assets are duly insured and contingencies are covered.
· Deliver on budgets in terms of total disbursal Volumes, budgeted IRR and Cross Sell.
· Guaranteeing portfolio quality and be responsible for early delinquency & collections for 12 months.
· Secure all documents, KYC, asset papers are in good order.
