Role Purpose 

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Data Analyst to support business intelligence, reporting automation, campaign analytics, CRM transformation, customer-level tracking and performance management initiatives. The role will work closely with Operations, Business, Marketing, Product, Technology and Analytics teams to convert data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. 

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on exposure to SQL, Power BI and Advanced Excel, with working knowledge of Python preferred. The person should be able to understand business problems, extract and validate data, build dashboards, automate recurring reports, and communicate insights in a simple business-consumable manner. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Data Extraction & Data Management 

  • Extract and analyze data from multiple internal systems using SQL and available reporting tools. 

  • Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality checks before publishing reports or dashboards. 

  • Create standardized datasets for business reporting, campaign tracking and customer-level analysis. 

  • Maintain data integrity, version control and documentation for recurring analytics outputs. 

2. Dashboard Development & MIS Automation 

  • Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for business, operations and management reviews. 

  • Build branch, region, product, channel and customer-level performance dashboards. 

  • Automate recurring MIS, campaign trackers and management reporting processes.
