3. Purpose of the Role
To support business decision-making through robust MIS
reporting, analytics and execution of cross-functional strategic projects
across Sundaram Distribution businesses including Wealth, Investments, Loans,
Insurance, and SME.
4. Key Responsibilities
A. MIS & Reporting
- Design,
develop, and maintain business MIS dashboards
- Generate
daily / weekly / monthly performance reports
- Track:
- Revenue
- AUM
(Assets Under Management)
- Disbursements
(Loans)
- Insurance
premium / policy metrics
- SME
portfolio performance
- Ensure
data accuracy, reconciliation and validation
- Automate
reports using Excel / BI tools where possible
B. Business Analytics
- Analyze
performance trends across:
- Wealth
- Investments
- Home
Loans
- Insurance
(Asset & Health)
- SME
- Provide
actionable insights to senior management
- Identify
revenue leakages, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
- Support
forecasting and budgeting exercises
C. Special Projects
- Work
on cross-functional strategic projects, such as:
- New
product launches
- Sales
productivity improvement initiatives
- Channel
performance optimization
- Digital
/ process transformation
- Coordinate
with:

teams

- Track
project milestones and deliverables
D. Stakeholder Management
- Interact
with senior leadership for reporting needs
- Act
as a data support partner to business heads
- Ensure
timely delivery of insights and reports
E. Process Improvement
- Identify
and implement automation initiatives

MIS processes and reduce turnaround time
- Standardize
reporting formats across business verticals

6. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- MBA
/ PGDM (Finance / Analytics preferred)
- OR
CA / CFA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong
academic background
Experience
- 2–5
years (can be adjusted)
- Experience
in:

services / NBFC / Wealth / Banking
- MIS
reporting and analytics
- Cross-functional
project execution
