Job Responsiblities
-Lead end to end HR Operations , including Onboarding, Background Verification, Employee Transfers, HRMS Management, and Offboarding
- Manage and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system integrations, and payroll alignment.
-Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and automate workflows to enhance departmental efficiency.
-Own and monitor HR Operations KPIs such as TAT, Service Quality, Cost per Transaction,
-Ensure consistent and reliable HR service delivery across all business units.
-Manage HR Operations vendors and service partners to ensure SLA adherence.
- Assisting with role mapping, reporting structures, and team restructuring
- Crafting HR messages, company-wide announcements, and change management communication
- Design, update, and communicate company-wide HR policies, ensuring consistent implementation across all departments.
- Track HR metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring trends) to provide actionable data and insights to executive leadership.
- Responsible for updating HRMS software, generating monthly reports, tracking attrition rates, and analyzing workforce trends.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
Hands on experience in HRMS software (Darwinbox preferred)
