Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients for business loans through open market sourcingBuild and sustain strong relationships with Clients/Channel partners to source business .Prepare and present loan proposals, making sure all necessary documentation is complete and accurateGuide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concernsStay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to deliver informed advice to clientsEffectively engage with credit, operations & risk group to streamline the loan approval process and enhance client experience.Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to make sure satisfaction and encourage referrals.Collaborate with Collection group to improve recovery process.Make sure compliance with company policies and regulations.
