Job Description (Responsibilities): · Acquire direct customers of pre-owned and used commercial vehicles · Identify and source new channel partners from organized and unorganized segment of the market · Build and develop relationship with used CV dealers, brokers, referral partners in the assigned territory. · Ensure RC and Insurance transfers through empaneled RTO Agencies · Ensure the assets are duly insured and contingencies covered. · Achieve budgets in terms of total disbursal Volumes, budgeted IRR and Cross Sell. · Ensuring portfolio quality and be responsible for early delinquency & collections · Ensure all documents, KYC, asset papers are in good order Education: - Graduation Skills Required • Good communication skills in English and local language – both oral and written • Result oriented • Good work ethics and attitude • Live by customer centricity • Negotiation and interpersonal skills Minimum 1 to 2 yrs of Experience Age Criteria: - Below 28 yrs only
