JD - Business Analyst
Role Summary
We are seeking a mid-level
Business Analyst to support change initiatives across the home finance
technology landscape. The role involves translating business requirements into
functional solutions, collaborating with delivery teams, and ensuring
high-quality solution delivery across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Interact with multiple stakeholders and
successfully gather business / user requirements, process flows, system
requirements and be able to bring out unstated or implicit requirements in
respect of new applications or enhancements to existing applications.
- Prepare clear Functional Solution Documents (FSDs)
covering business rules, workflows, validations, and system behaviour.
- Work
closely with the UX/UI team in
realising a representative prototype.
- Maintain documentation updates and version control
for enhancements and change requests.
- Lead requirement walkthroughs and ensure alignment
across business, development, QA, and system flows (origination to
servicing).
- Serve as the functional SPOC during development;
clarify requirements, resolve queries, and assess change impacts.
- Enable QA teams with functional context, test
scenarios and test data planning; support joint testing, defect triage,
and validation to ensure quality delivery.
- Drive user demos and UAT, ensure issue closure and
sign-offs, and confirm functional readiness for production releases.

- Strong business appreciation and analytical skills.
- Experience in documentation of processes / system
requirements, including visualisation of user journeys.
- Robust appreciation of Digital / Technology in
financial services and its potential.
- Able to interpret data, derive actionable insights,
and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder
management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional
teams.
- Strong testing mindset with attention to detail
- Domain knowledge in home finance / mortgage
Education & Experience
- Post-graduate
/ Graduate in Management / Accountancy / Commerce
- 4 –
10 years of experience in financial services, preferably in home finance /
mortgage domain
