Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Acquire car loan customers within the identified segment and catchment area.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition by analyzing transaction banking needs.
Offer regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer expectations and business prospects.
Guarantee adherence to selling norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
Uphold strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
Ensure high-quality sourcing in line with the bank’s credit and operational policies.

Secondary Responsibilities

Foster a team environment focused on digital enablement to meet customer needs efficiently.
Drive initiatives aligned with the bank’s rapid development targets.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Graduate in any discipline.
Postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Experience

2 to 7 years of relevant track record in sales, preferably in car loans or retail lending.
