Position purpose
Oversee branch profitability, client relationships, and operational compliance. Drive business growth through target achievement and cross-sell initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Achievement of Business Targets
Reach income and contribution targets.
Reach incremental CASA targets.
Make sure portfolio growth and cross-sell ratio.
Cross-sell products like Demat, Credit Cards, and Insurance.
Program / Channel Management
Oversee revenue-generating roles and programs.
Reach channel and cross-sell targets.
Make sure HNW portfolio management and client service.
Complaints and Client Management
Make sure branch sales model compliance.
Handle complaints and make sure timely resolution.
Control attrition and grow existing portfolios.
Organize client meets for feedback.
People Management
Motivate and oversee staff productivity.
Deliver training on capabilities, products, and operations.
Monitor staff turnover and morale.
Review and Control
Review vault, cash, and key registers.
Make sure compliance with banking regulations.
Monitor audit ratings and operational errors.
Review progress against objectives periodically.
Education:
