Key Result Areas
KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) | Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) | |
KRA1 | Manpower Availability & | • Works closely with ABC business units HR team to ensure 100% adherence to Manpower Budget vs Actual. |
KRA2 | Quality Of Hire | • To adhere to the Infant Attrition grid along with agreed Diversity Hires as a % of overall HC budget. |
KRA3 | Offer TAT (Hygiene) | • To adhere to TAT for sourcing till offer release with onboarding. |
KRA4 | HR Compliance (Process Adherence) | o Ensures effective documentation at the zone of all important personnel documentation such as joining formalities in a timely and accurate manner with the help of the HR Business partners in the business units. |
