Job Purpose:
Increase village penetration with Agri and allied products
Cross-sell bank products
Cross-sell TPP to Agri customers
Job Responsibilities:
Drive village penetration via hub and spoke model
Source Agri and Allied business with Sales Manager
Cross-sell products through conventional and digital channels
Initiate and participate in loan melas and farmer engagement
Achieve productivity parameters and sales targets
Maximize product penetration in existing and new customers
Achieve individual self-sourcing key parameters
Create banking ecosystem for HDFC Bank rural presence
Generate leads for all cross-sell products
Drive cross-sell objectives
Ensure product action plan implementation
Map customer data in defined system daily
Ensure 100% correct customer data updating
Perform any other assigned tasks
Attend training on Agri allied and digital products
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation

Basic banking products and processes understanding
Persuasion and selling skills
