Applications are open for the Sales Manager-SALARIED PERSONAL LOANS-NEW-Sales post in Kochi.

Description for Internal Applicants  
 

Job Job:

  • Relationship management with aggregators spanning different levels from top management to middle management
  • Strategize, oversee and drive online aggregator partnerships for month on month target achievement
  • Pinpointing and acquiring potential new aggregators
  • Run Direct Sales Team, Credit underwriters and call center -  throughout different functions on a daily basis to meet the business goals & strengthen data point to disbursal funnel conversion
  • To conceptualize and execute contests to motivate the partners
  • Plan annual engagement calendars with aggregators aligned with business priorities
  • Sales Planning and Day to day Operations for the Aggregator Platforms.
  • Liaison with other internal cross functional stakeholders like Marketing, IT, digital/ BSG, to drive agreed initiatives to create scale
  • Partner with partners to design and execute joint PA/PQ programs resulting in 3X development

Job Requiremetnts

  • Qualification - Graduate from a recognized University - with 6 to 8 years of experience of handling web aggregator business. preferably in banking or insurance.
  • Job Grasp–Understanding of personal loans will be an added advantage;
  • Capabilities & Experience– Quick learner ; Outstanding written and oral communication,
