Acquire new asset relationships through various channels and oversee a portfolio of 30-40 BBG relationships. Sustain high-net-worth relationship management to deliver quality service and reach business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Reach business targets on volumes and profitability for BBG clients; Generate leads through branch interaction, update CRM, and make sure lead conversion; Identify potential clients, enhance product penetration, and strategize with branch teams; Conduct structured client calls, update CRM, and assign tasks to departments; Review portfolio performance with product groups and supervisors monthly; Make sure documentation pre- and post-disbursement and cross-sell liabilities, corporate salary accounts, and other products.
Client relationship management
Build relationships with internal and external clients to make sure satisfaction; Prepare client profiles, identify cross-sell opportunities, and resolve queries; Negotiate rates and charges with clients; Deliver daily client service, including cheque referrals, cash management, and trade transactions.
Education:
Postgraduate in Finance or Chartered Accountant.
