About the Role:
The Sales Manager is part of the Bank's frontline Sales team and is primarily responsible for onboarding of Two-Wheeler Loan customers and undertaking Original Seen & Verified (OSV) activities

Key Responsibilities:
•Sales
oResponsible to ensure achievement of volume targets of Two-Wheeler loans Business with right business mix.
oMeet customers to understand their funding requirement and onboard customers to drive volumes.
•Original Seen & Verified (OSV) activities
oConduct OSV by meeting customers and verifying original documents submitted for Two-Wheeler Loans applications.
oPerform customer identity verification in compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
oEnsure timely completion of customer visits and verification activities within defined TATs.
•Customer Experience
oOversee fulfilling customer journey with seamless processing and offering a host of banking solutions leading to customer delight
oMake Axis Bank the financier of first choice by ensuring best in class TAT
oResponsible for increasing customer retention and engagement to improve Net Promoter Score and customer satisfaction
•Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management
oResponsible for driving PDD collection and ensuring that thresholds are not breached
oEnsure risk and compliance through quality customer sourcing, timely and satisfactory closure of all regulatory points
Qualifications:
•Graduation/ Post Graduation from a recognized institute
•Min 1 year of work experience, preferably in Two-Wheeler Loans industry or Asset Industry
Role Proficiencies:
•Effective customer handling and interpersonal skills for face-to-face interactions
•Strong sales orientation
•Communication English and local language
•Ability to read, understand, and validate documents
