Position: PO Regional Manager (Partner Office)
Location :- (Kanpur, Noida, Gurugram, Indore/Raipur, Ludhiana)

Zonal Head – Partner Office
Team Size
7–10 PO Territory Managers (POTMs)
(Initially starting with 7 POTMs)
Role Summary
The PO Regional Manager is responsible for expanding and managing Partner Offices across the assigned region by leading a team of 7–10 PO Territory Managers (initially starting with 7 POTMs). The role focuses on Partner Office recruitment, activation, productivity management, people development, and training, ensuring achievement of FYP/WFYP and KPI targets.
