Job Purpose:
Lead digital journey requirement gathering
Collaborate with BTG, vendors for development, integration, testing
Design, execute UAT for automation modules
Monitor platform health, usage, adoption
Provide end-user support, training, feedback
Job Responsibilities:
Lead digital transformation, product automation
Identify, evaluate, implement AI/ML solutions
Manage UAT, ensure solution quality
Maintain platform, applications
Provide end-user support, training
Document, govern processes
Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders
Track enhancement delivery
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Any discipline (BCA, BCS, IT preferred)
Post-Graduation: IT / Software preferred
