About the Role:
At ICICI Bank, our premise for success lies in our strong foundations of policies and regulations that comply with the highest of ethos. We’re seeking a seasoned a Product Manager, where the candidate’s contribution to the team lies in process streamlining and troubleshooting and optimization in collaboration with other product, sales- branch team, compliance, technology, FCPG, LEGAL for note approvals and strengthening the process of designing product specific conversational journeys, monitoring platform performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Streamlining
Critically review the existing processes for decongestion, simplification opportunities. Helping in testing of existing and new application / processes. Like BRS preparation for new system developments/modification (iCore, iCRM, etc.)
Learning and Development
Training Relationship Managers on features and process. It includes content development, right delivery mechanism and appropriate implementation of the learning.
Stakeholder Management
Liaising with various internal teams like Compliance/FCPG/ORMG/Legal for Process note approvals. Work closely with Technology, Marketing, Business / Sales, Compliance & Data Science teams to implement
Product Management
Owning product and process developments from start to end to ensure seamless account opening process. Preparation of process notes and memos. Responsible for conceptualization, development, implementation of various projects by monitoring industry trends, learnings from customer feedback to create product differentiation and market leadership. Indulge in regulatory reporting. Handling Branch queries related to the process execution.
Skills
Preferably having worked in Branch Banking Group. Added knowledge of personal financial planning and project management will help. Work on Projects and Initiatives on channel improvement. A good hand in. Basic understanding on MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint. Handling multiple projects simultaneously with Various teams across Bank.
360-degree customer focus
Maintain a customer-centric approach while designing processes to enhance client satisfaction Strive towards capturing New Partnerships Offer 360-degree banking to the individual, professional and business ecosystem. Thereby capturing customer wallet by 360-degree banking. Facilitate co-branded promotions, co-created solutions to promote bank products. Identify opportunities for cross-selling of various products & services offered by the Bank
Compliance
Ensure risk control and process adherence across all operations. Handling product compliance in line with regulatory and statutory guidelines. Comply with RBI audits and inspections · Adhere to Internal Control and Monitoring Norms Work with compliance and regulatory reporting team for fixed and unplanned requirements for various data reporting.
