Job Purpose:
Deliver portfolio indicators; maximize recovery
Execute collection strategies
Ensure process adherence; implement checks
Liaise with other functions
Job Responsibilities:
Manage receivables; define collection strategies
Achieve monthly/annual recovery targets
Grow recovery rate percentage
Convert fresh pools; mark liens
Track receipt cut count, settlement count
Monitor settlement approvals, conversions
Manage vendor relationships; ensure compliance
Improve collection efficiency; maximize recoveries
Deploy, monitor Handheld Terminals (HHT)
Upload allocations; capture follow-up trails
Ensure call recording; review calls
Hire vendors, DRA certified executives
Process vendor bills; close no due certificates
Track legal cases; validate applicants/properties
Improve legal conversions; coordinate resources
Adhere to bank processes; monitor cash deposits
Manage CRM escalations; resolve cases
Conduct vendor, yard visitations
Track ARTS, GR entries; maintain month-end closures
