Position purpose

This position will oversee the inbound and outbound campaigns for Sal PL Prime. The person will be responsible to drive higher feed to the Call Center fro increasing overall business volume.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Overseeing Inbound and Outbound Campaigns for Sal PL Prime Call Centers
• Reaching feed targets and overseeing campaign waterfall metrics
• Liase with COE and Marketing to execute campaigns
• Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics
• Make sure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Good experience of MS Excel
• Functional understanding of UNICA and Salesforce
• Outstanding communication capabilities.
• Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
