Job Summary-
We are seeking proactive and customer-focused Investments & Personal Insurance Specialists to drive sales and advisory of financial products, including mutual funds, fixed-income investments, life insurance, health insurance, and other retail financial solutions. The ideal candidates should possess strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Investments:
Promote and sell investment products such as mutual funds, bonds, fixed deposits, PMS, and other wealth solutions.
Conduct financial need analysis and recommend suitable investment advisory options.
Manage client portfolios with regular reviews and updates.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related fields (MBA preferred).
3–5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or insurance sales.
Certifications such as NISM (Mutual Funds) and IRDAI License are preferred.
Strong understanding of investment and insurance products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
