Position purpose
Oversee a group of 13-15 Personal Bankers handling virtual Classic portfolios. Drive income generation, cross-sell, digital penetration, and client engagement while making sure adherence to compliance and operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee PB Performance for Income Generation
Drive group to reach income and business targets.
Build client relationships to generate portfolio revenue.
Monitor portfolio performance to meet monthly income goals.
Discuss performance metrics with Personal Bankers.
Oversee PB Performance for Portfolio Parameters
Make sure portfolios meet defined health parameters.
Engage clients with cross-sell products.
Build liability balances and add family members to programs.
Follow up on leads with fulfillment teams.
Digital Penetration
Increase NetBanking and MobileBanking usage.
Promote digital services like Bill Pay.
Encourage digital activity to improve client stickiness.
Sales Process
Make sure adherence to sales processes by Personal Bankers.
Supervise client calls and make sure quarterly outreach.
Review client profiles and deliver actionable recommendations.
Guide group on non-contactable clients and follow-ups.
Service Quality & Client Satisfaction
Monitor and deliver feedback on client calls.
Make sure service interactions and profiler details are updated.
Address escalations and handle client queries.
Identify training gaps and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
