About Business line/Function: Recon
Position Purpose: CEFS Recon IT team needs to hire resources to work on the projects approved by user to guarantee the projects are completed on time without any impact to user.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Good people management competencies to lead a team with clear task list defined, and follow agile practices.
• Thorough understanding of Reconciliation and hands on development experience on Intellimatch 20.1 or higher version with least 8 years.
• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC in shaping new Reconciliations in Intellimatch. Involvement throughout all stages of Software Development life cycle (SDLC) covering business requirement analysis, data mapping, validating data against requirement, creating, unit testing, peer reviews, systems integration and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze & build Test Strategies, design Test Plans, & generate and execute Test Cases.
• Should be able to execute enhancements, whereby need to analyze existing set-up and understand the requirement by undertaking proper impact analysis, offer estimate and produce quality code.
• Independent player should be able to liaise with different team to re-solve/get dependencies on time. Should be able to for-see issue/risk and intimate the same to team leader / project manager.
• Should be able to guide support team.
• Deep grasp on Intellimatch Database linkage and functionalities is necessary for timely resolution of user queries.
• Propose improvements related to the development and support activity.
• Build stored procedures to establish reports for the end users using SQL 2016
• Code optimization and should be able to mentor new team members.
Contributing Responsibilities
• Able to prepare the status reports for weekly updates with stakeholders
• Communication with Stakeholders, Business Analysts, End-users, and different teams like Higher Management, Development, Systems, Support, Implementation etc.
• Able to prepare the technical and functional documents for the project activities.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• Solid development & support know-how of Intellimatch 20.1 or higher version or other reconciliation tools (Frontier.). (Mandatory)
• Sound development & support understanding of Intelli SUITE 20.1 or above (Mandatory)
• SQL (Establishing Stored procedures, writing functions, multi-layered queries, etc.)(Mandatory)
• Crystal report (Mandatory)
• Understanding of any defect management tool (optional)
• Know-how of Perl or VB Script or POWER BI (optional)
