Duties and Responsibilities
• Tasked with back up to Rural ‘Branch service & cashier’• Making sure policy adherence and meeting the KPIs at branches • Making sure adherence to Process & Policies • QA for the request tagged in CRM & receipt updated in FinnOne / Pennant by Branch cashiers • Deliver Feedback to branch users on error & improving the accuracy • Data Evaluation & Monthly presentation preparation for Rural Group • Resolving reconciliation open entries & make sure zero pendency• Following with IT / PMO for issues faced by branches and timely closure for the same• Co-ordination with Audit group for Observation shared and closure of the same• Process Initiative : system related development and automation
