| KRA2 | Perform ongoing review of the outstanding debt portfolio in order to minimise the credit risk in the portfolio. | 1. Conduct quarterly result analysis 2. Monitoring and analysing rating actions by credit rating agencies 3. Regular interaction with Company management and rating agencies 4. Ensure compliance with internal as well as IRDA norms 5. Monitoring & reviewing the credit risk & corresponding credit limits in the outstanding debt portfolio on an ongoing basis by reviewing the trends in business as well as financial profile of the companies. 6.
