Position purpose
Oversee Classic portfolio by acquiring new clients, deepening relationships through cross-selling, and retaining clients by delivering exceptional service. Aim to become the primary banker for Classic relationships and maximize wallet share.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Make sure Sales responsibilities are completed.
Overseeing Classic Portfolio
Oversee benchmark client numbers in the portfolio.
Group clients with family members for enhanced relationships.
Reach income-generating product benchmarks.
Enhance client group profitability and wallet size.
Update CRM with detailed client interactions.
Client Services
Deliver quality client service and resolve complaints within TAT.
Promote direct banking channels and assist clients.
Make sure timely account opening and client communication.
Operations
Sustain daily sales reports.
Make sure quality acquisition of savings and current accounts.
Cross-sell products like Demat, Bill Pay, and Advisory.
Monitor large account movements and prevent attrition.
Promote third-party products like MF, Insurance, and Bonds.
Make sure error-free documentation for account opening and instructions.
Adhere to KYC norms and sustain 5-S standards.
Oversee locker operations and standing instructions.
Update CRM for asset leads and weed-out database.
Education:
Graduation required; Post-graduation preferred.
Certifications:
NISM V-A Certification, IRDA Certification, GI Certification.
Key Competencies
Sales and influencing capabilities, banking product knowledge, planning and organizing, communication, knowledge of competition.
