This role is responsible for developing product proposition for NRI savings account, competition benchmarking, revenue assurance through immaculate charging mechanism, website management. Preparation of training material pertaining to all NRI products & processes & ensuring training to branch, sales & various touch points. 1. Development of new NRI savings account product proposition which will enable to increase market share 2. Coordination with all stakeholders to ensure launch of product within the timelines to ensure business projections are met 3. Competition bench marking to map best feature mapping & communicate unique features to increase customer on-boarding 4. Website development & management for NRI product to ensure one stop shop for all NRI product details 5. Development of charging structure for NRI products to ensure no revenue leakages 6. Ensuring customer communication for charging & related activities 7. Revenue assurance through immaculate charging 8.
