- Reach targets for new CUID creation.

- Drive new client disbursements as per percentile role benchmarks.

- Make sure net growth and tonnage growth in line with branch plan.

Yield & Profitability Management

- Reach onboarding yield benchmarks

- Drive optimal ticket size, renewal mix, and repeat client engagement.

- Make sure cost-efficient branch operations.

Portfolio Quality & Risk Management

- Sustain auction-to-book ratio

- Make sure strict adherence to LTV, documentation quality, and purity testing protocols.

- Resolve spurious and bentex cases within defined timelines

Collections & Delinquency Management

- Deliver resolution for 0–30 DPD bucket.

- Monitor overdue accounts and execute timely follow-up.

- Back up recovery actions as per internal guidelines.

Compliance, Audit & Governance

- Reach audit score as defined, make sure closure of audit findings.

- Sustain zero-tolerance on operational deviations and regulatory breaches.

- Make sure accuracy in process, record keeping, and vault management.

Client Service & Branch Experience

- Make sure high service quality, fast turnaround time, and seamless grievance resolution.

- Sustain branch hygiene, safety, and security standards.

People Leadership & Productivity

- Lead ABM, Gold Valuer, GLO, and CSE for daily performance.

- Conduct coaching, on-the-job training, and reviews.

- Make sure manpower productivity as per branch benchmarks

5) Position purpose of Direct Reports:

Assistant Branch Manager: Back up branch business operations, supervise frontline staff, and drive daily productivity.

Manager – Gold Valuation: Make sure accurate valuation, purity checks, risk adherence, and secure handling of gold assets.

Gold Loan Officer: Acquire clients, drive disbursement, oversee renewals, and sustain documentation accuracy.

Client Service Executive: Deliver superior client experience, oversee service transactions, and back up branch operations.
