Job Title: Branch Head - SME & Emerging Corporates
Experience: 9 to 12yrs
Responsibilities:
· Preparing a “ Qualified CRM “ for different industry segments
· Good “Networking / Acquaintance / Name Recall” with SME Industry Associations and customers
· Good networking competencies with Machinery Manufacturers & Dealers
· Organizing SME events by liaison with “ Industry Bodies”
· Specialise in lead generation of SME business in the important Understanding Segments where SFL had developed an expertise.
· Aptitude to Liaise / motivate the SFL Branch Channel for Lead Generation
· Ensure Activation of BDMs every month, with “ Daily Active Leadership”
· Guarantee 100% collection performance by “ Robust Collection Monitoring”
· Create good interpersonal abilities with “ Cross Functional Teams ”
· Good understanding of Balance Sheet /P&L. Capacity to understand financial ratios and revert to Risk Team to effective improves TAT.
· Secure exceptions are managed and perfected well on time and ensure that Post Disbursal Documents are collected and complied well on time.
Abilities Required:
· Leadership Bandwidth to handle a large team of 3-5 members
· Domain Understanding - Sound know-how on SME products - Machinery Term Loans & Enterprise Business Loans
· Grasp of balance sheet analysis
· Understanding of different industry segments and understanding their working capital cycle
· A Go Getter attitude with good Cross Functional competencies.
