Key Responsibilities:
Drive branch business by reaching gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
Acquire new clients and sustain relationships with existing clients.
Oversee overall branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures.
Make sure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
Make sure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit, and KYC qualifications.
Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
Handle client grievances and deliver outstanding client service.
Sustain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
