Job Purpose
Lead the execution of Project Finance mandates across Power, Oil & Gas, Transportation, and Urban Infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Business Related
Develop term sheets, mandate letters, and negotiate terms for Project Finance and acquisition finance deals; Review and comment on key project agreements such as PPA, Concession Agreement, and Throughput Agreement; Develop project finance models and conduct detailed sensitivities on key parameters; Anchor due diligence report reviews and resolve queries and issues; Concession Agreement, Throughput Agreement Etc; Develop terms for appointing lenders' advisors, including technical, commercial, legal, and insurance; Prepare Information Memorandum for Debt/Equity syndication and assist in the syndication process; Manage the review and finalization of project agreement documentation with legal counsel; Agreement, Security Agreements Etc; Oversee the satisfaction of CPs and manage loan disbursement post-CP compliance; Monitor the subsequent performance of cases and ensure regulatory compliance; Familiarize with India's regulatory framework for sectors like Power, Roads, and Airports.

CA from a reputed firm or MBA from a premier institute.
