Position purpose:
To assist in delivering advisory services, arranging capital, and placement of debt and equity securities to investors.
Delivering long-term and project financing.
Upholding relationships with Wholesale Banking clients to attain the bank’s objective of Brand leadership.

Assisting the group in pitching, ideation, and deal execution.
Independently overseeing deal execution for debt transactions and assisting senior bankers for equity transaction execution.
Adherence to defined timelines for delivery.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Any
MBA/CA from a premiere institute
Key Capabilities:
Strong analytical abilities
Knowledge of industry and companies
Conversant with handling corporate database
Good accounting knowledge
Good presentation capabilities
Prior experience in deal execution, especially documentation
Ability to build relationships
Experience Required:
1-3 years of experience in a large investment banking outfit.
