1. Achieve Revenue Growth & Profitability to Upscale the Team

Drive team sales targets and build team capabilities in line with the company’s annual goals and overall business objectives.
Focus on revenue and profitability through effective target achievement and yield management.
Provide financial solutions to customers based on their financial planning and wealth management needs.
Plan and execute team-level initiatives to sustain business momentum and strategic direction.
Engage in innovative business planning activities to increase client acquisition and team profitability.
Monitor individual and team performance, improve productivity, and address performance gaps.

2. Ensure Training and Development for Team Effectiveness

Collaborate with the training team to ensure employees receive timely training on products and processes as per business requirements.
Ensure all FPDs in the team attend mandatory training programs.

3. Effectively Manage Day-to-Day Team Administration and Operations

Monitor and foster the smooth functioning of daily team operations.
Lead and motivate a team of Financial Product Distributors (FPDs) to achieve business targets.

4. Ensure Customer Management & Engagement

Plan and execute local area programs and referral initiatives.
Focus on customer retention, revenue generation, and referral-based business.
Continuously scan the local market for penetration opportunities, competitive offerings, and emerging trends across product lines.
Ensure client records are updated with accurate financial and contact information and leverage periodic data analytics for business insights.
Ensure speedy resolution of client queries and grievances to maximize customer satisfaction.

5. Ensure Effective Risk Management & Policy Adherence

Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliances, organizational policies, and critical governance requirements established by the company.

6. Team Building, Engagement & Development

Build a sales-driven and proactive team by regularly enhancing knowledge and skills required to achieve business goals.
Engage with competition teams and conduct competition talent mapping exercises.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention to ensure minimal attrition within the team.
Ensure appropriate product, process, and behavioral training programs are delivered to team members.
