Job Purpose The GB04 role in the Learning & Development (L&D) department focuses on executing training initiatives through stakeholder engagement and effective content development. This position manages vendor relationships, supports budget oversight, and analyses training data for insights. By ensuring program governance and enhancing operational efficiency, the GB04 drives quality in L&D program delivery and oversees the Learning Management System (LMS) and Certified Trainer initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Major Activities carried out by the role 1. Conceptual Activities • Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate vendors to align with L&D objectives and manage onboarding for collaboration. • Stakeholder Alignment: Gather insights from stakeholders to ensure L&D initiatives meet organizational goals. • Data Governance Framework: Ensure data accuracy and generate reports to provide valuable insights for decision-making. • CT Creation and Deployment: Oversee the development and management of Certified Trainer initiatives with Centers of Excellence. • Program Governance: Monitor attendance and engagement in L&D programs, updating content as needed. 2. Planning Activities • Program Management: Manage program creation and stakeholder engagement from diagnostics to transfer. • Budget Management: Assist in planning and allocating the L&D budget while forecasting future needs. 3. Task Activities • LMS Management: Manage the Learning Management System, ensuring accurate attendance and effective assessments. • Content Development: Create training content that aligns with business objectives and engages learners. • Operational Excellence: Design and evaluate operational processes to enhance L&D program efficiency. • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the COE L&D team and with Business stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness. Key Decisions / Dimensions Batching related Decisions|Scope of 3000 Employees, spread across 3-4 Business. Major Challenges Detailed challenges faced by the role overall and / or to carry out principal accountabilities • Alignment with Business Team for Project Execution • Collect data from various sources and maintain Data trackers for Training Programs • Understand problem based on Diagnostics – Field Visits, FGDs, Discussion with BHs, etc. • Innovation to solve for operational challenges in Training Programs Required Qualifications and Experience a) Qualifications-MBA Preferred b) Work Experience- 4 to 5 years of L&D experience c) Skills Keywords-Process Improvement, Collaboration, Performance Reporting, Budget Planning, Content Development
