Territory Manager – Personal Loan (Partner Business) is accountable for sourcing personal loans through market channels such as DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), DSTs (Direct Sales Teams), Connectors, and existing partners. The job involves creating and overseeing a high-quality loan portfolio while leading a team and upholding sound relationships with channel partners. The incumbent must guarantee compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, balancing sales effectiveness with risk management to contribute to the bank’s broader objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
- Source personal loan business from market channels among them DSAs, DSTs, Connectors, and existing partners.
- Develop and uphold a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
- Stay updated on retail asset products, operational processes, and current market trends.
- Recognise evolving market dynamics and build channels to acquire new business.
- Produce high-quality customer service spanning all touchpoints.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Recommend process and policy improvements within the Retail Banking function to enhance operational productivity and service quality.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication over teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
