The Territory Manager plays a strategic post in spotting market trends, creating new channels, and contributing to operational streamlining and customer satisfaction within the Retail Banking division.
Main Responsibilities

- Source and handle DSA channels to acquire personal loan business from the market.
- Ensure portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and application rejections.
- Sustain deep know-how of retail asset products, operational processes, and current market trends.
- Recognise changing market dynamics and build new channels to expand business reach.

Secondary Responsibilities
