Main Responsibilities

- Generate Home Loan/Suvidha leads through internal channels covering branches, relationship managers, call centres, and loan centres.
- Engage with existing customers to understand financial needs and offer suitable Home Loan/Suvidha solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings to assess eligibility, financial standing, and property documentation.
- Ensure smooth processing of applications, documentation, and disbursement coordination.
- Provide timely support and personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through cross-sell initiatives.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for efficient loan processing.
