Job Purpose:
Territory Manager will be accountable for driving the business of EIL within the assigned territory.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Create and implement strategic sales plans to deliver on sales targets for Loan against Property products.
· Develop and uphold sound relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's Loan against Property offerings.
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot openings for progress and development.
· Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless delivery of Loan against Property services to customers.
Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate the sales team to reach individual and team sales targets.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor’s degree any relevant stream
Post-graduation: Any Stream
Experience: 03+ years of relevant experience.
Location for this Territory Manager - EIL opening: Pune.
