Position/ Job Title: Territory manager
Function/ Department: Retail Assets
Job Purpose:
Territory Manager will be in charge of driving the business of EIL within the assigned territory.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Shape and implement strategic sales plans to attain sales targets for Loan against Property products.
· Establish and keep up solid relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's Loan against Property offerings.
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint prospects for expansion and development.
· Collaborate with internal teams to secure seamless delivery of Loan against Property services to customers.
Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver on individual and team sales targets.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor’s degree any relevant stream
Post-graduation: Any Stream
Experience: 03+ years of relevant experience.
