Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruitment and training of DSTs and onboarding dealerships or stores.
- Source and oversee business through DSTs and Dealerships
- Acquire new customers and secure consistent loan disbursement volumes.
- Keep up a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
- Stay updated on retail asset products, operations, and current market trends.
- Spot evolving market dynamics and create strategies for channel development and customer acquisition.
- Hand over high-quality customer service and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes and policies to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality.
- Work closely with Collection team to reduce net credit loss and delinquency rates.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support automation and digital initiatives.
- Contribute to the bank’s progress targets by supporting strategic sales and service initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant background in sales, preferably within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
