We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee a team of Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) focused on loan sales in the healthcare segment. The job involves leading a team of 3–5 BRMs, driving productivity, and handing over tailored financial solutions such as machinery/equipment loans and infrastructure funding. The ideal applicant will have robust grasp of the local market, particularly in healthcare, and will work closely with DSAs, branch banking teams, equipment manufacturers, and vendors to acquire new customers. The position also includes cross-selling banking products, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and guaranteeing continuous process improvement and portfolio development.
