IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Teller. As a Teller, you will be in charge of giving strong customer service and executing different banking transactions for our customers at our branch in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process a range of banking transactions, among them deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Balance cash drawers and sustain accurate records of transactions
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures to secure compliance and security
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver on branch goals and targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous background in a customer service or cash handling job preferred
- Sound communication and interpersonal capabilities
- Aptitude to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Grasp of banking products and services
- Proficient in basic computer capabilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Additional Expectations:
- Must be able to work full-time, among them weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and credit check
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
