IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Teller. As a Teller, you will be tasked with offering outstanding customer service and undertaking several banking transactions for our customers at our branch in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh.
Core Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process different banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Balance cash drawers and uphold accurate records of transactions
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
- Collaborate with other team members to attain branch goals and targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous exposure to a customer service or cash handling post preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal competencies
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Understanding of banking products and services
- Proficient in basic computer competencies
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Additional Criteria:
- Must be able to work full-time, such as weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and credit check
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
