Receive, inspect and maintain record of all incoming and outgoing materials, tools and equipments.
Conduct regular check / scheduled stock-take and update the Asset Inventory form on a scheduled basis.
Maintain all materials, tools and equipments and ensure they are in good condition at all times.
Maintain material stocks to ensure a continuous supply of materials is available at all times and inform Section Manager / Buyer of any replacement required once the stock reaches the minimum stock level.
Ensure the materials, tools and equipments in the store are always slacked and identified with pin card/tag neatly. Maintain records and alert superiors of any abnormality in the consumption of materials, tools and equipments.
Maintain records of all hired equipments on site and ensure off-hire and breakdowns are recorded accordingly.
Maintain User Daily Records of all materials, tools and equipments being taken from the site store.
Assist in the development and maintenance of Company systems.
Other duties as directed.
Keep track of preventive maintence schedules of all plant & equipment at site and ensure in time maintence.
