Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer with 9 to 12 years of expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and financial systems. The ideal applicant will design, create, and implement enterprise-level solutions tailored for banking, insurance, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities: 
•    Financial System Integration: Create and integrate Dynamics 365 with financial applications and banking platforms.
•    Customization & Compliance: Configure Forms, Workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) to meet financial regulations.
•    Data Security & Governance: Implement post-based access control (RBAC) and data encryption for financial transactions.
•    Automation & Reporting: Utilize Power Automate and Power BI for financial analytics, risk assessment, and fraud detection.
•    Technical Leadership: Offer guidance on best practices, governance, and security within financial Dynamics 365 implementations.
•    Performance Optimization: Pinpoint and resolve system bottlenecks to ensure high-speed financial transactions.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

•    Efficiently and collaboratively pinpoint, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Abilities and Experience

•    Solid know-how of Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and API integrations for financial applications.
•    Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and SQL Server for financial reporting.

Qualifications

Required Abilities & Qualifications:
•    9+ years of background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) 
•    Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
•    Proven aptitude to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
•    First-rate problem-solving, communication, and documentation capabilities.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Experience SSIS, XRMToolBox and Kingswaysoft is added advantage.
• Exposure to financial services is an added adavantage.
